The goods are shipped from European Union.
Except for European Union countries and Switzerland, the recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; DNA Collectibles has no control over these charges, nor can DNA Collectibles predict what they may be. If a customer refuses to honor such import taxes, customs duties and fees during the delivery process, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and DNA Collectibles will deduce the cost of the parcel return from any refund claim. Members of the United Kingdom are no longer part of the European Union since February 1st 2020. Therefore, buy purchasing any goods from our website, the UK customers agree to comply with the above statement.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
The transit time may vary, depending on the forwarder. Usually, it takes around 5 to 14 days to be delivered. We provide a tracking number when available.
“Pre-Order” status means that this item is still under production and is not immediately available for shipment. Pre-ordering an item from our website means that we will reserve stock for you and ship your order as soon as the model completes production.
We give an estimated ready date, but we cannot be held responsible of delays.
Please note that by pre-ordering you accept to pay in advance the model even if it is not ready to be shipped.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by after receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For all returns and refund requests, please contact us at: [email protected] and follow our instructions.
We will decide if we allow a Return Authorization or not. In case of transport damages, you shall inform us immediately after receiving the parcel. Please join pictures with your reclamation.
In case of parcel damages at delivery, don’t accept the parcel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or transport will be partial refund. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after reception will also be partial refund
In case the parcel has not been picked-up and return to our warehouse, the shipping costs are non refundable. Additional costs for handling at warehouse can occure and will be on the customer behalf.
To return your product, you should follow the shipping instructions that will be provide to you after contacting us at [email protected].
Any packages shipped back to our offices without a Return Authorization number displayed on the outer packaging will be refused and returned to you.
All shipping costs, customs duties and fees are nonrefundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, customs duties and fees for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the full cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible to return the product in his original condition including the packaging, and also to ensure that it is well packed and protected. We won’t refund the full credit if it arrives broken.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
