We can consider the Audi R8 LMX as a variant of the R8 V10 5.2 FSI quattro coupé equiped with LED and laser headlights! According to Audi Technology Portal: “The laser spot doubles the range of the high-beam light.”
We can also highlight the fact that the R8 LMX is the fastest production of R8 with a top speed registered at 199 mph (320 km/h), only 99 models of this powerful car were built in its lifetime. Downforce is boosted by a fixed carbon-fibre rear wing and front splitter, while the grip is enforced by quattro all-wheel drive and carbon-ceramic brakes.
